Growth Tracking and Dashboards

We can help you better visualize and measure what your customers are doing, when, and why. This will make your main KPIs visible at all times and you can evaluate impact of your actions on your business success in any moment. We’ll integrate all customer flows that occur on web platforms, apps, as well as offline data such as calls or offline events.

With the right tracking and sharp KPI Dashboards you can focus on the right marketing, sales and product activities to achieve your business goals.

Our growth tracking service has three stages:

Stage 1 : Defining key KPIs and a dashboard strategy

If you don’t have them already we’ll kick off with a workshop to define key business objectives; analyze the characteristics of your users groups, key funnels and friction points. The main idea is to better understand your users and the channels they go through.

Afterwards, we’ll pinpoint end-to-end user flows and customer journeys ; and also allocate KPIs to the business objectives. These elements will be key towards outlining and developing a dashboard strategy and creating a comprehensive event tracking name conventions.

Stage 2: Event tracking implementation

In this stage we will create an event tracking bible for the development team, code implementation support if required and then we finish off with testing the event tracking.

Stage 3: Dashboards and analysis

We’ll create relevant dashboards that will provide the right data for you and your team. Below are some of the dashboards that we’ve created.

  1. Main Dashboard: Summary of the business goals against the KPIs
  2. Product Dashboard: Product development and user experience insights.
  3. Marketing Dashboard: Data on marketing insights, user profiles, info on friction points, costs of acquisition and more.
  4. Life cycle Dashboard: Data on life cycle metrics, LTV, churn, and retention against user behavior information so you can identify the important user activation points.
